Add new White Label options for Shield plugin badge#73

Add the following white label options for the plugin badge

1) Custom URL
Add the ability for users to use their own URL instead of Shield’s site URL.

2) Custom logo
Add the ability for users to use their own logo displayed on the badge, instead of Shield’s logo.

Update the badge to match our website design.
