Adding a way to block specific login IDs from attempting to log in and autoblocking those specific IP addresses. There are a few the hackers are using which I want to single out. I don’t want a universal ban on any mis-typed ID, but the ones the hackers are using are corruptions of legit admin IDs or the non-existent admin. Those should be auto-blocked on the first attempt.

I am not looking to suspend real users (using “Invalid Usernames” option). Quite the contrary: there are a few IDs similar, but not exactly the same, as the core admins, which hackers are using from hundreds of different IP addresses (nearly 1000 addresses so far).
We can use Shield to auto block any IP address which uses one of these known incorrect login IDs, or assign 5x the points or something. I do not want to increase the sensitivity for wrong IDs generally, as that will catch users who must mis-type their logins. I only want to block IP addresses which use these few specific login IDs.
