Receive an email when something went wrong with an automated update#64

I really like the automatic update features, however, would it be possible to add the option to only receive an email when something went wrong with an automated update? (I like having automated updates but I still want to have some kind of control that I’m getting notified when something goes wrong with it)
Not sure if that’s feasible or not?
