Knowing what may have changed on a site from 1 day, or week, to the next can help alert admins to the presence of malicious activity that would otherwise go unnoticed.

So we need the ability to “snapshot” the state of various properties on the site, and then be sent a report that outlines all the changes from one to the other.

E.g. Since yesterday, 3 new users have been added, 1 plugin has been removed, and 3 posts modified.

If you’re not familiar with any modifications, or they look suspicious, you’re now aware of these changes sooner, and can act and respond more quickly.
